File Prep & Transfer
What to Check Before Sending Files
Before sending a file via ftp or e-mail, have you...
- Included the native page files from QuarkXpress, PageMaker, or other application?
- Included support files to be incorporated, such as Illustrator logos or Freehand graphics?
- Included the screen and printer fonts?
- Included the most recent hard-copy printout (laser proof or color laser)?
- Faxed a hard copy to your account rep?
- Used a preflight program, if you have one?
- Run a virus scan to avoid damage during disinfection?
If you've answer "Yes" to all those questions, then you're ready to send.
