Print Production (Turnarounds)

Project Production Speed

Also referred to as turn-around. Once you have placed your order with DigiLink with the correct print-ready files, and the upload is complete, the transaction has been approved, and (if applicable) the files have been proofed and approved. Project production will start on the next business day.

Business days (Monday through Friday) and does not include holidays or weekends.

Production times may be affected IF:

  • Proofing: With the options for a digital or hard copy proof your turnaround time will begin only after we have received your go ahead to print
  • File or Design Alterations
  • Projects that include Mailing Services
  • Optional Finishing/Bindery operations; Special options in binding, folding, and trimming that are not part of the product default may cause additional production time.

Production Workflow

Depending on the product, and the quantity ordered, DigiLink.com utilizes one of two production workflows, digital vs. offset. (Workflow is determined during the ordering process, based on quantity selected.)

1. The following guidelines apply to longer run offset printed products, if proof is approved AND payment is received BEFORE 2pm EST...

Normal Service: Your order will be ready to ship on 4th business day; if proof is approved AND payment is AFTER 2pm EST, order will ship on 5th business day.

Digi Quick Service: Your order will be ready to ship on 3rd business day; if proof is approved AND payment is AFTER 2pm EST, order will ship on 4th business day.

Rush Service: Your order will ship on the next business day; if proof is approved AND payment is AFTER 2pm EST, order will ship on 2nd business day. Rush Service not available on all products. Add'l time may be required for custom work.

Our Range of Shipping Options Include:

  • UPS Next Day Air — Early A.M.
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS 3 Day Select

UPS Next Day Air (EARLY AM)

  • Arrives the next business day after the day of shipping
  • Packages shipped on a Monday arrive Tuesday by 8:30 AM. Packages shipped on Friday arrive the following Monday by 8:30 AM.

UPS Next Day Air

  • Arrives the next business day after the day of shipping
  • Packages shipped on a Monday arrive Tuesday up until 11 AM. Packages shipped on Friday arrive the following Monday before 11 AM

UPS 2nd Day Air

  • Arrives two business days after the day of shipping
  • Packages shipped on a Monday arrive the following Wednesday. Packages shipped on Friday arrive the following Tuesday. Delivery to businesses by 5 PM and to residences by 7:00 PM.

UPS 3 Day Select

  • Arrives three business days after the day of shipping
  • Packages shipped on a Monday arrive the following Thursday. Packages shipped on Friday arrive the following Wednesday. Service available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to businesses by 5PM and to residences by 7:00 p.m.

UPS Ground

  • Takes 1 to 7 business days depending on geographical location.

Track a Package

Step 1. Enter Tracking Number

Type the carrier tracking number in the "Enter Tracking Number" box, then select "Submit".

The status of your package will be displayed. You will see where your package is and if it has been delivered, you will see who signed for it as well as the time of delivery.

Step 2. E-mail Notification (optional)

You can enter up to three email addresses and a short message (optional), and then select "Submit". When the package is delivered, e-mail notifications will be sent to all specified e-mail addresses with a link to the most current package information.


Note:

Shipping methods have no influence on production turnarounds. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

DigiLink does not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
  • APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses
  • Addresses in Zip Codes 20189 and 20521
  • U.S. Territories and Freely Associated States
  • Prisons
