DigiLink's Group Run provides an economical approach for printing business cards, postcards and door hangers.

By co-mingling your project on a full press sheet with other similar customer projects - you save $$'s !

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO BE A PART OF DIGILINK'S GROUP RUN...

Setting Up Your Files:

Your files need to be saved in a PDF format at 300 dpi at the actual size. (It is not necessary to do multiple up–we'll take care of that.) If your art bleeds, it must include an 1/8" bleed on all sides. For creating a PDF, go to www.digilink-inc.com.
There are three ways to send your files to us:

E-mail your file to your Sales Rep or CSR
Bring your file on a disk to our location
Use our convenient file uploader. Please contact your Sales Rep or CSR for instructions.

Terms:

Our group run is printed on a first come first serve basis. We cannot reserve spots.

Your files must be in our hands by the weekly cutoff date. Please contact your Sales Rep or CSR for the exact cutoff date.
Jobs must be paid by cash, check or credit card prior to the job leaving our shop, unless you are an established customer. (Regardless, all jobs $200.00 and under must be paid by credit card).
If we encounter problems with your files that cannot be fixed quickly, you will be required to fix and resubmit your corrected files,this will delay your job until the next group run.
As this is a group run, we cannot guarantee color. Color may vary slightly. DigiLink will make every effort to print to our highest quality standards.
If color matching is critical you may request a color proof for an additional charge of $65.00. The proof will be sent overnight to you, this will delay your job until the next group run.

Delivery:

There are three ways to receive your printed materials. Please let us know what works best for you.

You may request that your materials be shipped to you via UPS. (Add'l charge will be calculated based on the service level you request. To be paid prior to shipping).
You may pick up your materials at DigiLink between 8AM and 7PM, Monday thru Friday.
After hours. You may prearrange pick up of your materials from DigiLink's covered outside loading dock.

Mailing Services:

DigiLink offers complete mailing services. Just provide us with a mailing list and a separate check for postage, made out to USPS. Please ask your Sales Rep or CSR about pricing for this service. For info regarding DigiLink's mailing services, please visit our Mailing Page.
