As part of this new plan, we have recently installed two new 901S Ricoh Pro Digital Presses, and a Xante 4/C envelope press.

FINISHING & BINDING SOLUTIONS

For collating, folding, cutting, saddle stitching, shrink-wrapping, perfect binding and plastic coil, DigiLink has the equipment to finish your job with speed and precision. For instance, our MBO B30 perfection folder-one of the many folding systems at DigiLink-can handle 16-page units with a gatefold attachment, with options for perforating, cutting, and scoring. Our saddle stitcher can bind up to 6,000 copies per hour. Together, our stack lifter, jogger, and Polar 115 XT cutters form an automated high-speed, precision cutting system capable of processing printed or unprinted paper in a variety of sizes.

Presses with Aqueous Coating Unit For larger-run projects that demand the highest quality, DigiLink's Komori L628 and L640 six-color offset presses offer several unique advantages. It uses the sophisticated color-management technology to deliver consistently vivid images throughout the run-even at high-speed operation (12,000 sheets per hour). We can fine-tune its ink fountain in 500 increments (most presses allow only 200 increments) to ensure consistency and quality. It can also apply aqueous coatings or spot varnishes to protect your projects and add value.

DigiLink proudly offers cost-effective offset printing. As a direct-imaging printer, the KBA's technology allows us to go from digital files straight to plates, shortening the production process and saving you time and money. It can deliver up to 6,000 four-color full-bleed sheets per hour with a print quality that sets new standards for bright colors, smooth gradations, high-density solids, and exacting register. And, it can apply an aqueous coating to minimize fingerprints, protect against scuffs, and add a light luster or matte finish to your product.
